These Terms of Service govern your use of Pote. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the information you store in the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the respective app stores.
We offer auto‑renewable subscriptions in Pote:
Monthly Subscription — includes a 3‑day free trial, then billed monthly. This costs $2.99 per month.
Annual Subscription — billed annually. This costs $24.99 per year.
Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or manage your subscription in your device’s subscription settings.
You retain ownership of the information you store in the app, including pet-related data.
You grant us permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
